Questions about wear os

Yes. NutriMotion has a Wear OS companion experience for supported Android watches. It is designed for quick access to fitness tracking from the wrist, including workout and cardio-related flows where supported.
Open Home, tap the menu button, then choose Wear OS Device. Follow the connection steps shown there. Make sure the watch app is installed and that the phone and watch are using the same NutriMotion account where required.
Wear OS can send workout actions to the phone app. When a watch workout starts, pauses, or stops, NutriMotion can open the GPS tracking or route summary flow on the phone so the saved workout is kept with the rest of your app data.
Check that the phone and watch are nearby, both apps are installed and up to date, and the phone app has been opened recently. Then go to Home, menu, Wear OS Device and confirm the connection state. If cardio tracking is involved, also check location permissions.
No. The Wear OS app is a companion to the phone app. The phone app remains the main place for full nutrition logging, detailed workout setup, progress review, settings, account management, and subscription management.
