Questions about personalisation

Open the Home tab and tap the menu button in the top right. This opens the settings drawer. From there you can access Customize Home Layout, calorie goals, macro percentages, health data, Wear OS, account settings, app preferences, reminders, subscription management, help, privacy, and feedback.
Open Home, tap the menu button, then choose App Preferences. This is where preference-style settings belong, such as units, appearance, haptics, colour options, and feature toggles where available.
Open Home, tap the menu button, then choose Reminders. Use reminders for habits such as meals, weigh-ins, or routines you want to keep consistent. Save the reminder after choosing its timing and type.
Open Home, tap the menu button, choose Account, then select Change Display Name. Update the name and save it. This affects how your name appears in social, friends, and group areas.
Open Home, tap the menu button, choose Account, then open Profile Privacy. Choose Private if you do not want other users to see supported profile strength details. Choose Public if you want those profile details visible where the social feature uses them.
