Layout control

The dashboard is designed to be adjusted rather than fixed. Users can customise the home layout so their most useful tiles are easier to reach.

Why it matters

A good dashboard reduces the amount of digging needed to understand the day. NutriMotion puts nutrition, workouts, body progress and social shortcuts into one configurable home screen.

Questions about custom dashboard

Open the Home tab, tap the menu button in the top right, then choose Customize Home Layout. From there you can choose which tiles appear on the dashboard and arrange the home screen around the information you check most often.
The dashboard is designed around tiles such as calories, macros, steps, water, weight, routines, streaks, and groups. Available tiles may depend on which features are enabled, what data you have added, and whether health or watch data is connected.
Open Home, tap the menu, then Customize Home Layout and check whether the tile is enabled. Some tiles also need data before they become useful. For example, weight tiles need weight entries, routine tiles need workout plans, and steps may need a health connection.
Yes. The home dashboard can include nutrition shortcuts and meal category selection. When prompted, choose Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, or Snacks, then continue into the food logging flow.
The dashboard uses app data from your logs, goals, health connections, and workout state. If something looks stale, refresh the app, check your internet connection, and confirm the relevant feature is connected or enabled.
