Profile Lift Share Cards
Share your strength progress with clean lift cards showing your profile, strength rank, top set and estimated one-rep max.

NutriMotion now includes profile lift share cards, giving you a cleaner way to share strength progress outside the app.
Instead of posting a cropped screenshot or manually writing out a lift, NutriMotion can generate a dedicated share card for a selected exercise. The card is designed around your profile, your best lift data and your strength ranking.
What’s included
- Profile lift card - generate a shareable card for your own lift.
- Exercise-specific sharing - choose a lift and create a card around that exercise.
- Profile display - show your profile name and avatar.
- Profile level badge - include your profile level visual on the card.
- Strength rank display - show your strength rank for the selected lift.
- Top set display - show the best tracked set for that exercise.
- Estimated one-rep max - show a calculated one-rep max where available.
- Save to gallery - export the card as an image.
- Share directly - use the native share sheet to post or send the card.
- Transparent PNG option - export a transparent version for use over another image.
Strength progress that is easier to share
Strength progress is often hard to show cleanly.
A workout log can contain too much detail for social media. A screenshot can look messy. A single number lacks context.
Lift share cards focus on the parts that matter most:
- The exercise.
- Your profile.
- Your strength level.
- Your best set.
- Your estimated one-rep max.
That gives the card enough context to be meaningful without turning it into a full workout report.
Built from your actual profile data
The share card uses your NutriMotion profile and lift data.
It can pull from your visible strength data, ranking configuration, profile level state and selected exercise. That means the card is connected to the same strength tracking system used inside the app rather than being a manually entered graphic.
The card can show:
- Exercise name.
- Avatar.
- Display name.
- Profile level badge.
- Strength rank badge.
- Best tracked set.
- One-rep max estimate.
Export options
The card can be shared or saved in multiple ways.
You can:
- Share with a black background.
- Share as a transparent PNG.
- Save with a black background.
- Save as a transparent PNG.
The transparent option is useful if you want to place the lift card over another background, story image or custom post layout.
Designed for quick posting
The card is generated from inside NutriMotion and then passed to the native share sheet.
That means you can send it to messaging apps, post it to social media or save it to your gallery without building the image manually.
The exported card also includes simple NutriMotion branding with nutrimotion.app at the bottom.
Why this matters
Tracking progress is useful, but sharing progress should not require awkward screenshots.
Profile lift share cards make strength milestones easier to show in a clean format. Your lift, your rank and your progress can be shared as a dedicated image built directly from your NutriMotion data.
